1. The Service
Pawbook Studio provides custom, AI-generated coloring books in PDF format. We do not provide physical books or shipping. All products are delivered electronically via the email address provided at checkout.
2. Digital Goods & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products and the computational resources required to generate them, all sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality or there is a technical error with your file, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right.
3. Usage Rights
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to print and color the provided images for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated artwork for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any photos you upload. Pawbook Studio and its AI partners retain ownership of the styles and systems used to generate the final illustrations.
5. Disclaimer
While we strive for high-quality results, AI generation is inherently creative and can sometimes produce unexpected artifacts or variations. We provide the service on an "as-is" basis.
